Basic coverage
Civil Liability (Section A)
- Coverage for damage caused to the property of others (e.g., fence, house).
Collision (Section B2)
With this coverage, you're protected against damage caused to your vehicle:
- In an at-fault accident with another vehicle.
- When your vehicle hits an object, the ground or rolls over.
Comprehensive (Section B3)
- Coverage that includes protection for theft, vandalism, broken windows, hail, fire and floods.
Optional coverage
Loss of Use Extension Endorsement (Broad Form) (Endorsement 20A)
- Following an accident or the theft of your vehicle, this protection covers your transportation costs.
- This coverage is included in the Trouble-Free Option®.
Civil Liability Resulting from Damage to Non-Owned Automobiles (Endorsement 27)
- Coverage for damage to a rented or borrowed vehicle.
- This coverage is included in the Trouble-Free Option®.
Replacement Cost (Endorsement 43 (A and E))
- Your new vehicle is protected against depreciation for up to 5 years.
- In the event of total loss, receive a new vehicle having similar features.
Value Plus OptionTM (Endorsement 43 (B and F))
- Protects the value of your used car in case of damage or total loss up to 5 years.
In case of total loss:
- Depending on the option included in your policy, you get compensation equivalent to:
- the price you paid for your car, plus annual indexing
- the value of your car at the time of the loss, plus annual indexing
Accident-Free Protection
- Avoid a premium increase following a first at-fault accident.
$0 Deductible Option
- Pay no deductible in the event of theft, vandalism or an at-fault accident.
