Our Claims Process 

In the event of a loss, you need to make an insurance claim.

To make a claim:

  • First, contact us to speak with a claims advisor. Our claims advisors get to work immediately to help you minimize your losses. For example, if you have a broken window as a result of vandalism, we’ll send someone to board it up untili it can be repaired.
  • If you must leave your home as a result of a covered loss, we’ll help you find a place to stay as quickly as possible.
  • After dealing with the immediate situation, we’ll meet with you to assess the damage.
  • Make sure you bring all of the required documents to this meeting. In the event of theft or fire, bring a list of lost or damaged goods, and all the proofs of ownership you can find. Examples include receipts, bills, user manuals, photographs, warranties, and original packaging.
  • We process reimbursements quickly and we keep you informed every step of the way.
