2. Contact us

What we can do for you:

  • Have your car towed

  • Recommend a certified garage where you can have your
    vehicle repaired
  • Find you a rental car
  • Secure the broken locks of your home
  • Temporarily board up a broken window at your residence
  • Provide you with cash in case of an emergency

We will also start the claims process with the basic information you provide:

  • The date of the incident
  • The location and a description of the accident
  • The nature of the injuries, if any
  • Whether or not you have informed the police

Collision Reporting Center

In Ontario, if you are involved in a collision resulting in damages to vehicles and other property in excess of $1,000, you must report to a Collision Reporting Center within 24 hours.

All towed vehicles must be taken to a Collision Reporting Center.

This free service is available in a number of Ontario cities. At each center:

  • You can fill out a simplified report, which the police officers at the scene of the accident can verify for you
  • Police officers can take pictures of the damages to your vehicle
  • Our representatives can help you determine the next steps to take and start the claims process on site

To find the nearest Collision Reporting Center, call 416-745-3301 or visit the Accident Support Services website.

Before Reporting to the Collision Reporting Center

  • Move the vehicles off the road if this can be done safely.
  • Call the police to find out whether or not they are needed at the scene of the accident and ask for the location of the nearest Collision Reporting Center.
  • Exchange the required information with the other parties involved: other drivers, passengers and witnesses.
